We require a government issued ID and proof of ownership and insurance if you are storing a vehicle. 

All of our units are month-to-month contracts. 

We require 3 months rent and a $30 deposit to move-in. You can avoid the 3 months of rent prepaid if you sign up for automatic payments. 

• You can pay online (EFT or credit card) through our resident portal;
• In the office (1920 N First St, Hamilton, MT) by check, money order, or cashiers check;
• Mail to PO Box 1006, Hamilton, MT 59840 by check, money order, or cashiers check; 

Some of the items you are not allowed to store at our facility are  liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. 

The storage facility is located on Totem View Lan just off of Meridian Road south of Victor, MT. 

The Victor Mini & RV Storage facility is managed by Greener Montana Properties which is located at 1920 North First St, Hamilton, MT 59840.
